All personal data processing practices performed by Oncoclínicas comply with Law 13.709/2018 (""General Law of Personal Data Protection"" or ""LGPD"").

Oncoclínicas do Brasil Serviços Médicos S.A., on behalf of itself and all its subsidiaries, controlled companies, affiliates, or that are somehow part of its structure (“Oncoclínicas”), in compliance with the transparency requirements set forth in Law 13. 709/2018 (“General Law of Personal Data Protection” or “LGPD”), hereby explains how the personal data and sensitive personal data (jointly, “personal data”) of its clients, employees, contractors and/or service providers are collected, handled and shared.

All personal data treatment practices performed by Oncoclínicas are subject to the applicable laws in the places where it operates in Brazil or abroad.

I. How is the User’s personal data collected?

The collection of personal data by Oncoclínicas normally occurs during the interaction with the company, such as: during hiring and recruitment processes; during the User’s registration at the clinics or shared services center; through the registration on our website https://grupooncoclinicas.com; during the rendering of services by/to Oncoclínicas; through the company’s compliance channel; among other situations, such as during the business relationship with third parties in which personal data is transferred.

The data obtained through the access to the Oncoclínicas website, such as IP address and cookies, is anonymized and aggregated information for purposes that include: testing of IT systems, creation of marketing and promotion models, and improving, enhancing, and developing the services performed by Oncoclínicas.

II. How is the User’s personal data handled?

The processing of personal data by Oncoclínicas occurs, in certain cases, with the User’s consent. However, this consent is not necessary when these data are processed to protect the User’s health; or for the company’s legitimate interest; or to comply with legal or regulatory obligations; and/or when necessary for the execution of a contract in which the User is a party.

Besides, Oncoclínicas uses the collected personal data to: (i) support the User; (ii) research and development of services; (iii) establishment of a contractual relationship or the management, administration, provision, expansion, and improvement of the services to the User; and (iv) handle complaints or any other complaints/suggestions from the Users.

All information collected may be used for purposes of relationship with the User, such as sending information about new services and specialties offered by Oncoclínicas, announcing events, or carrying out satisfaction surveys.

Besides that, Oncoclínicas may subcontract a third party for data processing, in the terms of the applicable legislation, ensuring that it is subject to the obligations of this Notice.

III. In which situations can User’s data be shared?

Personal data will only be shared in case of express authorization from the User regarding anonymization and/or sharing of personal data; and/or in cases where consent is not necessary, as defined in the applicable legislation. If these conditions are met, this data can be shared:
– With subsidiaries, controlled companies, affiliates, and companies that somehow integrate the structure of Oncoclínicas, as well as their respective successors;
– With third parties to develop services for the User;
– With authorities or government entities, to comply with legal obligations or in the scope of any inquiry or judicial/administrative process; and
– With any other persons, natural or legal, for any other purposes expressly consented by the User.
