Oncoclínicas has contracts with Public Administration, both directly and indirectly, for the provision of medical services through accreditation agreements, which fall under the exemption from bidding as outlined in Law 14,133 of April 1, 2021 (Public Procurement and Administrative Contracts Law), Section III.
